We have established a wonderful friendship with the leadership of this COOPERATIVE to not only directly source excellent coffees but to continue to make a positive impact on their COMMUNITY and ENVIRONMENT. The cooperative is made up of 70 small farmers in the Capucas region of western Honduras—near the famous Copan ruins. They produce very high quality organic coffees while providing community support such as scholarships for children, medical assistance, workshops, a community library, and a community soccer field. The passion and commitment that they have for quality and their surroundings is evident through the balance between SYRUPY and NUTTY tones with a clean and CRISP finish.
The farmers in Capucas are preparing new seedlings to be planted. These little seedlings will grow and develop into the coffee trees that will help produce future yields for the farmers of Capucas.

Simply the best coffee I've had since being in Honduras. I so missed the coffee when I came back.......now Majorga supplies me! Yippee!

I have found both the smaller batch Central American beans and good reviews a great way to find a gem. It has worked again and I might have found my new favorite here. (Also given away a secret). But the reality is this company just puts out good products to meet many tastes.

This coffee was a very pleasant surprise for me, a sleeper of a find. Wonderul aroma, nutty, and excellent finish that keeps on giving. I can still taste this wonderful coffee long after I've finished it. It is definitely going to be one of my faves.

The aroma from the beans is just beautiful! The hints of the bittersweet chocolate are there, but it's a delicate blend. Leaves mouth feeling silky.
